Re:Dried Cherry and Coconut Granola

My favorite granola recipe yet! I substituted pumpkin seeds for the pistachios as the unsalted ones are hard to find and loved the result. Xmas gifts again this year.

I was a bit intimidated trying this but the pastry dough worked out beautifully and this was a joy to make. Simple filling but delicious. I can't wait to pull my second strudel!

Re:Grilled Shrimp

Fresh shrimp from the beach tonight and it could not have been any finer on the grill. Simple and delicious! The Old Bay butter sauce and Bloody Mary Cocktail sauce were both also superb.

Re:Bacon-Wrapped Smoked Turkey

Awesome, beautiful, tasty turkey. A fair amount of work but nothing too challenging. The bacon that comes off the turkey is amazing. Don't fill up on it before the turkey! Meat is juicy and nicely smoked. The barbecued skin is the best ever.

Re:Classic Baklava

Wow, awesome stuff. Sent some to school in the kids' lunches and heard back that other kids wanted to adopt me as their dad. Also attended a Turkish festival a few weeks later and the ones from this recipe were far superior.
