Re:Shaved Asparagus Salad with Aged Gouda and Hazelnuts

Absolutely loved this salad! I have found that I now prefer raw asparagus over cooked. This salad is very light, flavorful, and easy to put together.

Re:Spicy Jerk Pork Chops

This has go to be the most fabulous pork chop we have ever made! It will now be a staple in our home. The rub is easy and quick to put together and tastes absolutely amazing. The only change I made was only adding one habenero due to the fact that it was very large. The amount of heat was perfect for the adults, but too spicy for the little ones. I served this with a broccoli/fennel slaw and the sweet and spicy cous cous recipe from this site.

Re:Pasta e Fagioli

This is a hearty, flavorful soup. The only change I made was using quinoa pasta to make it healthier and add a little more protein. I served this with the mini baguette recipe on here. Simply delish!

Re:Mini Baguettes

I have finally found the perfect recipe! I have been making this weekly now that I have found this one. I just make one big loaf instead of baguettes and it turns out beautiful and perfect every time.

Re:Crunchy Chinese Chicken Salad

Yummy! And oh so simple to make. I did however make a few adjustments. I added double the amount of both sweet and hot chili sauces and a bit more ginger. For the salad part I added red and yellow pepper strips, seeded English cucumber 1/4's(with skin), thin sliced carrot rounds and chopped cilantro along with all the listed ingredients. We will be serving this again for a dinner party this weekend!

Re:Red Potato Slices with Lemon & Olives

Easy to assemble and very flavorful. I have always made gratin style potatoes with a cream base, so this was a nice, healthy change! If you don't have a mandolin this recipe would take quite a bit of time to prep.

Re:Frisée Salad with Roasted Beets & Orange Vinaigrette

I am not a huge fan of frisee, so I used spinach in place of it. The dressing is a snap to put together, I did however add a tsp. of dijon for extra flavor. Oranges and beets go very well together and made for a flavorful salad.

Re:Latin-Style Flank Steak

I thought this recipe was great. We made it along with the chipolte butter, which I think really enhances the spice rub.
