Re: How to Shape Knotted Dinner Rolls
I made these "Buttery Knotted Dinner Rolls" very recently.In spite of my learning how to do the knot with soft dough they turned out beautifully shaped. They came out of the oven a delicious golden brown color and filled the kitchen with a wonderful aroma. They were a hit with family and guests. I will be making them for every special occasion. justjeana

I have been using Rose's recipes from her book "The Cake Bible" for years. I have made many wedding cakes,fondant, buttercreams, and desserts using her exacting recipes! She has also personally helped me with a special filling that I needed! My book is literally falling apart from use!! I will be waiting for her new book, "Rose's Heavenly Cakes" to arrive!
