Re:Warm Pasta Salad with Grilled Tomatoes, Zucchini & Pecorino

served it with grilled chicken for July 4th. Made it as directed. It was a big hit. Some even skipped the chicken and had the pasta as their main course.

Re:Turkey Croquettes with Mixed Greens and Cranberry Vinaigrette

I have tried four of the leftover turkey recipes on this site and this is one I will definitely use again. The croquettes were light and tasted like a bite size Thanksgiving dinner.I had several left over that I have frozen for a quick lunch. I used bread crumbs from fresh sprouted whole grain bread that gave the crust a crunchy darker crust which was very good.I did not have parsley on hand, used cilantro instead.

Re:Grilled Brie, Turkey & Pear Sandwiches

I did not care for this. I thought it was bland and a poor use of my Brie.

Re:Turkey Soup with Ginger, Lemon & Mint

Very flavorful soup. I enjoyed it and made it without altering the recipe. I did use homemade stock.

Re:Turkey Noodle Casserole

I cook in the traditional style. I used homemade butter, spelt sourdough noodles, locally made raw cheddar, pastured organic turkey, fresh milk and organic onions and mushrooms. I did have to add celtic sea salt because I felt it was a bit bland. It did have good flavor and was a great meal on a cold night. Oh and I had frozen 2 garlic rolls from the Italian carryout that I made into the breadcrumbs. Yummy!

Re:Shrimp, Chickpeas & Spinach with Ginger & Cumin

I made this by the recipe and it was yummy!! I thought it might not fill me up but it did and I had some left for lunch the next day. I did use dried garbanzo beans that were soaked and sprouted prior to cooking them to promote digestion and decrease gastric problems.

Re:Pea & Spinach Soup with Coconut Milk

I absolutely loved this soup. I will be making it whenever I can find fresh peas at the market. I used garam masala curry powder. I also used homemade chicken broth. It was rich, aromatic and a beautiful luscious green.

Re:Braised Chicken with Gewürztraminer and Grapes

This was delicious. The chicken was flavorful and tender. The dish was light and fresh tasting and a nice change from the usual fall savory dishes. I cook for my parents once a week and made most of the dish ahead of time.

Re:Pork Chops with Sweet Onions, Capers & Vermouth

Delicious and easy. I altered it only in the fact that I used spelt flour to dredge and a quarter cup homemade chicken broth as the water because I don't use bouillon cubes. I got rave reviews from my dinner guest!!
