Fantastic recipe. This online version, though, is missing the garlic in the ingredients list--should be 3 large cloves, smashed and peeled.

I had a difference experience than Jason123, think this is a very tasty soup. I did add a bit more cumin and coriander because I love those spices. A very thick and silky soup.

This is a sure-fire hit, my guests have raved about it. Very simple to make and leaves you time to visit and make side dishes. I add more garlic cloves and shallots than called for because they are so delicious with this dish.

I've never made pizza dough before but this recipe was a cinch, and my pizza was delicious. Highly recommend this! Used the standing mixer, and the texture came out great. Froze some of it for an easy dinner another time.

I dunno, this came out a little too heavy on the bacon flavor, which seemed to overpower the squash, sage and apple flavors. Might work better with fewer than 8 slices of bacon.

This was OK, but the flavors were a little bland so I served it with srircacha (sp?) sauce to add a little zip.
