Excellent! I was amazed at the complexity of flavor for a rather simple preparation. I am trying it again with wahoo, as I feel it would be good with most seafood.

Re:Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Potatoes & Bacon

Made it true to recipe - the shallots and bacon make it. So good - the brussels sprouts were a hit and everyone picked them out so now all I have left after dinner is potatoes. My younger daughter loves brussels sprouts normally, so she was thrilled with this recipe, and the daughter that won't touch them ate up, too. I will make again (I will pass on recipe also)- very easy!

Outstanding recipe. Nice splash of color to the table. One time I made it when guests ran very late so it cooked down so far (I had also julienned too thin) so I turned it into a "topping" for steak and it was still delicious.
