Nice lamb curry, although I did not use as much salt as the recipe called for and I also added some fresh vegetables after the lamb was done. The raita was also very good!

I made this frosting with rice flour and it turned out great. I used it to frost a large sheet cake for a party. Nice flavor and not too sweet.

The list of ingredients calls for melted butter, but doesn't tell you what to do with it. I added it to the batter at the end. I also added vanilla. These are good and very light. Although it is a nice change, I prefer regular buttermilk pancakes.

Very good. I did add some fish sauce to the marinade for the the meat, but other than that, followed the recipe.
