I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out a little bland. I added a some brown sugar and cinnamon to help the flavor out a bit. Next time I'll roast the squash and add a shallot.

Excellent! I used sole because I could not find flounder and it turned out very well. The creamy glaze and flaky fish compliment each other. I will be making this dish quite often.

This recipe is okay. The homemade bread crumbs are excellent. The problem that I have with this dish is that it is very salty with the parm cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and olives. Also, there is something a little off about the olives in this dish. Might try it again without the olives.
