Tonight it's a nice fresh butterflied chicken, grilled romaine and grilled pitas (from the most recent Fine Cooking). Every week I grill a nice big batch of onions and peppers and use them with pasta, salads and on pizza. Mmmmmmm. Grilled corn out of the husk is a new favorite. Tri-tip with carmelized onions and red wine barbecue sauce is my go-to meal for company.
