Re:Grilled Tamarind Chicken Tacos

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. I followed the recipe exactly and found the chicken to be quite bland, despite the marinade and spice rub. I suspect more salt in the rub would help, but I was afraid to go overboard with the salt because of the soy sauce marinade. If I try this again I will definitely be more liberal with the seasonings.

Re:Strawberry-Pineapple Yogurt Ice Pops

Yum! Made these for dessert tonight and they were great. I love the creaminess the yogurt adds, and the pineapple added great texture.

Re:Grilled Flank Steak with Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

I loved this, the meat was so flavorful! Made the pita bread from the same issue and served the sliced steak and sauce in a pita. It was fantastic!

Re:Classic Caesar Salad

This dressing was fantastic, and the croutons were amazing! We topped it with some grilled chicken for a quick dinner, with just enough left over for lunch the next day. This is my new favorite caesar salad recipe.

Re:Creamy Chocolate Fudge

This fudge turned out perfectly. I was very careful to beat the fudge right as it hit 110 degrees, and it came out really creamy and delicious. It definitely did not take over an hour to cool down though, so be very careful to watch the thermometer. My only complaint is that it was so sweet! I wish it had a richer chocolate flavor.
