This is a very good recipe, but it can be improved by adding rutabaga to the mix. This balances the flavour of the carrots and parsnips.

Re:Three-Cheese Potato Gratin

This recipe resulted in undercooked potato and a soupy textured sauce. Would not recommend this recipe.

Re:Fettuccine with Shrimp & Garlic

Very easy and good recipe. Do not use leftover precooked shrimp as they tend to get overcooked and tough.

Re:Pork Tenderloin with Sage & Marsala Sauce

This was a very easy recipe to prepare. The presentation with the sage leaves was very appealing. The only caveat is that the cooking time took 10 minutes longer than advertised when using a iron frying pan.

Re:Basic Roasted Green Beans

Very easy recipe to prepare while meat rests. Prepared with caramelized shallot butter which enhanced flavour.
