This was very good with a few additions as others have mentioned. I added beef broth to the pan sauce as well as garlic, then just slightly thickened with wondra after it had cooked down. The fried sage is very good with this, and the cooking method/timing was perfect.

The only thing you need to add is about a tablespoon of milk or water to the eggs. Otherwise perfect.

Meh. I followed this recipe "exactly". Spending the extra money for the various ingredients, and spending about 5 hours cooking it just as described. I wish it had been worth the effort. It was just okay.
