Re:Burnished Chicken Thighs with Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Parsnips

Excellent! I did a few changes; I only did 4 thighs but made all the marinade and I'm glad I did. Switched the veggies to what I had, red peppers, red onions and carrots which were excellent. Also did add a bit of olive oil to the veggies to prevent sticking. Fantastic taste and will make again.

I liked this but was not blown away by it as the other reviewers were. The spice was just right for me with the full two chillies, and I did not add salt since there was enough with the soy sauce, fish sauce and peanuts. I will possibly try it again with some more veggies added in, and a few tweaks to the seasoning.

I had high hopes for these but they turned out greasy and did not look at all like the picture. Do not know if I did something wrong or if it is the recipe, but I followed it exactly, weighed the ingredients and I also have an oven thermometer so I know that the temp is correct. Taste was also a bit flat. Been making recipes from fine cooking for years and this is the first failure!Update on the recipe: I added some flour to make the ratio of fat to flour the same as my favorite recipes, mixed in with the dough I had left and cut much thicker. These changes worked well resulting in a pretty good cookie.

Easy to make and yummy! I will be making them for Christmas this year. I made these without a food mixer and they are easy to do by hand.

I made this after seeing the video, and it is the first time that I have been happy with my pad thai. I made only half the recipe and used lime juice instead of tamarind. I really liked it, and will make it again.

I sear roasted the fish with the spice rub and it was excellent. The best way to cook salmon since it ends up crisp on the outside and soft and creamy inside. Made it 3 times in the last couple of weeks!

I have been making this soup for years, and it's a useful recipe since it doesn't use stock. I usually omit the cumin or add just a little. It's great for vegetarians, and it's delicious. I don't bother to strain it.

I made this with lean stew beef and it was fantastic. I only browned half the beef to save time and that worked out well. Excellent recipe; will definitely make again.

Re:Toasted Corn, Cherry Tomato, and Edamame Salad

This was really good, and I loved the dressing. We had it as part of a summer bbq meal with steak, roasted potatoes, and red wine. Excellent. The leftovers made a nice lunch; I will definitely make this again.
