We live 75 miles west of San Antonio and do a lot of entertaining. Tex Mex is the predominate food out here and although we like that food, we long for the big city choices. We cook most everything in our home kitchen including Chinese wok cooking on our high-heat outside burner.

I purchased Breath of the Wok a few years ago. I cook my wok prepared foods outside on my hi-heat burner then bring inside and serve on my Monogram range using the reversible grates. They keep warm by using the very low simmer setting.
