Re:Salmon Burgers with Dill Tartar Sauce

This was wonderful. I learned to make the patties by wrapping them in plastic wrap and crushing all the air out of them. After that they can be flattened into a patty. This makes a patty that won't fall apart so easily on the grill. Nevertheless, I still used a griddle on the grill to cook them. I doubled the dill sauce for the recipe and there was not much left over. The sauce got used in a few days on every other sandwich.

Re:Strawberry and Spinach Salad with Herbs and Goat Cheese

Fabulous combination of flavors! This time of year I have all these herbs growing in my garden--fresh and delicious. Next time, I'll throw in a few more strawberries.

Re:Indian Chicken with Coconut Milk

I served this over rice with a side of Cucumber Peanut Salad from 101 Cookbooks blog. It was a perfect meal. Since there were only 2 of us, I cut the recipe by 1/4. I forgot and used the whole amount of of chicken stock. So I poured in 1/2 the coconut milk called for. This resulted in some extra sauce which I poured over the chicken and the rice. Delicious!!!! We raved over the flavors our entire meal time.

Re:Triple-Lemon Layer Cake

This was Soooooo delicious. The silver dragees were a neat idea for decoration. My little lemon peel strips didn't curl, so my cake was not quite as pretty at the photo here, but the taste was right up there with the best.

Re:Lemony Sole with Capers & Croutons in Brown Butter Sauce

I used flounder. Think next time I think I'll use cod or halibut. Very tasty and easy to make.

Re:Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf with Bell Peppers

Easy to make, delicious to eat. I didn't have any veal, so I used half beef, half pork. It was the best meatloaf I ever tasted.

Re:Crispy Cheddar & JalapeƱo Coated Chicken Breasts

Very good. Chicken came out tender and tasty. I served it with guacamole and a lemon juice lettuce salad. Left-overs for lunch the next day were served with chips and salsa and black olives.

Re:Lemon Buttermilk Pound Cake

Yum! I had to bake it about 20 more minutes than recipe called for, but it was worth waiting for.
