This is wonderful! Very tasty - served it for a pre marathon pasta dinner and it was scooped up by everyone...Used a wonderful fig balsamic vinegar..a little more than the recipe called for..yummy.

This is excellent - easy and very tasty. I left out the 1/4 cup of oil for the dipping sauce, as we liked the flavor and consistency better without it..yummy.

This is a wonderful and VERY easy soup - ready in under 1 hour. Good, fire roasted tomatoes make the flavor. I use an immersion blender - and leave it a bit chunky. Great!

Re:Double Ginger Scones

These are extraordinary scones - messy to make, but OH SO WORTH the mess! They are a wonderful flavor and texture. Make sure to follow the recipe to not overwork the dough. Also - they are easy to make the morning you want to eat them - about one hour from start to eating! They also freeze beautifully - so you can make them, freeze them and then heat for about 20 minutes in a 150 or so oven when you want to eat them. I have also experimented with using 1/2 the crystallized ginger and adding another dried fruit (cherries, rasberries, etc). A favorite in our house!

A great and easy dinner - I added a bit more parmesean but otherwise followed the recipe. The sauce is WONDERFUL and so easy...great for dipping bread in as well! A keeper.

This is a WONDERFUL alternative to the standard pumpkin pie! There was not one bit left! I change the crust a bit, I used 1/2 graham cracker and 1/2 gingersnaps - just right.
