Re:Chocolate Walnut Tweed Torte

I just made this for my Grandpa who is Gluten Free. I didn't have walnuts so substituted with pecans instead. Very nice & will definitely be making again!

Re:Pizza Dough

This is the best pizza dough I have made yet! I used 1 tsp of Honey & 1 tsp of Sugar. It was a great hit. This recipe is a keeper!

Re:Flourless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Glaze

I made this cake for my Grandpa who is Gluten Free. He LOVES it & we all do too! It has the most fudgy moist texture once it has been in the fridge!! One piece is not enough! Absolutely delectable!! This ones a winner!

Re:Basic Hollandaise Sauce

Nice recipe, very creamy. I refridgerated the sauce once I had made it for use the following morning. I was soon to discover that this recipe cannot be reheated as the butter seperates from the rest of the sauce!

Re:Homemade Graham Crackers

I made these crackers to go with a white chocolate cheese ball, a combination of white chocolate & cream cheese rolled in toasted hazelnuts. A great pairing, especially with a glass of wine. Will make again.

Re:Nutella Fudge Brownies

I just made these little brownie bites. I think they are a great little treat and sooo easy to make. I added 2 heaped tablespoons of Marshmallow Fluff to the nutella. They were very moist & fudgy as well as being a little chewy at the same time! They were nice & rounded on top & never fell after I took them from the oven. I did have to bake them for 15 minutes. Will make again.

Re:Moist Apple Crumb Cake

I made this cake today at work. It was a huge hit, everyone loved it! Very moist & smells great! The crumble topping alone is sooo good to eat uncooked!

Re:Chocolate Pudding Bars

WOW! The texture of these is sooo smooth & creamy! My family said they would be happy just to eat the chocolate pudding in a ramekin without the base! Although the base does add a nice slightly salty crunch. Certainly a keeper!!

Re:Chewy Brownies

I found this brownie to be good, but not very chocolatey and perhaps a little to sweet. It's no match for my all time favourite brownie recipe which consists of a chewy crust, fudgy inner, and gooey centre with a thin, flaky top and white chocolate chunks randomly scattered through!! Unbeaten so far!!
