I love how light and fluffy this hummus is...I like stronger flavors so I used a tahini that had more zip-added some red pepper flakes and parsley. It was delicious

Delicious and fairly straightforward. Everyone loved it! Great way to use left over turkey (or chicken) I would add a touch of cayenne pepper. The biscuit dough was very soft-hard to roll and cut out. I needed to add quite a bit more flour to make it handle, but it did cover the entire top of the pan

Re:Bacon and Egg Ramen

I loved this for a quick, warm dinner. I think some might prefer slivering the garlic and ginger for those that are are happy to eat garlic and ginger as part of the soup. Definitely use low sodium or unsalted broth and in the end I used 32 oz and increased the other ingredients by 50%. I sliced the spinach before putting into the bowl, made it easier to eat!

Re:Vietnamese-Style Rice Noodle Salad

Made this for a group of friends with Thai Beef salad and thought it was a great combination. As the other reviewer stated you can cook the noodles in hot water and drain. I found that I needed a very large bowl to mix it all properly, in the end I used a very large tupperware bowl and mixed with my hands. I used more lime juice and fish sauce proportionally but like many recipes you can adjust the taste for your audience, this time I didn't make it as spicy.

Re:Chili Con Carne

It is a great change from our 'traditional' chili! Nice and spicy and great flavors. Loved the avocado, cilantro and onion garnish. The kids added some cheese to their bowls. Next time I will make a bigger batch, since there were no leftovers!
