Re:Sear-Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Garlic and Fennel

Very tasty, moist, and savory. Served it with chive mashed potato the first night and buttered noodles as leftovers the second night. I have a well calibrated over and it took 30 min not 15 min to get to 130 degrees. That aside it will be a regular dinner with us.
