This is a very flavorful and satisfying soup. The root vegetables and cinnamon impart a sweetness that works well with the roasted garlic and heat from the roasted jicama. I added a bit more hot sauce (sriracha) to balance the sweetness.

This is delicious! The combo of lime zest and red onion makes it so addictive! I didn't have the recommended hot sauce so I used sriracha. Be sure to salt to taste as needed after combining all ingredients.

Re:Grilled Rosemary Chicken Thighs with Sweet & Sour Orange Dipping Sauce

This was delicious, and super easy to boot! Definitely will make it all summer. I used both breast and thigh and they were equally tender and very flavorful. I let the chicken marinate in the rub for about an hour while making sides which worked out great but wouldn't go longer as the salt in the rub might affect the texture of the chicken. I served it with coconut rice and some oven roasted broccoli and cauliflower. I made extra to freeze for lunch but they were all eaten! The dipping sauce was just ok and seemed unnecessary.

Definitely a keeper! The filling is delicious with nicely balanced flavors. You'll find this pie along w/ pumpkin pie at every Thanksgiving at our house!

This recipe is in my regular weekday dinner rotation and the whole family enjoys it every time I make it. It's very nice over white or brown rice.

Re:Rustic Bread Stuffing with Dried Cranberries, Hazelnuts & Oyster Mushrooms

This stuffing was delicious. I've made the same stuffing for years and decided to try something different. Everyone loved it. The only change I made was to add some celery. Will make this again next year.

Re:Blueberry-Lime Pound Cake

The cake was scrumptious! First one was gone in a day so had to make another right away. I found the lime glaze a bit too tart so I replaced the lime juice w/ heavy cream and added just a little lime juice for flavor. Very nice!
