Re:Braised Chicken Legs with Red Wine, Tomato, Anchovies & Rosemary

This was quite delicious and not hard to make. I served it the first night with egg noodles, as recommended in the recipe. The next day I served the leftovers with polenta. I thought it was much better with polenta and will definitely use that the next time I make this.

Re:Raspberry Galette

I used this recipe with blackberries rather than raspberries. I cut the fruit back from 6 cups to 5 cups; still, there was vastly too much. My instinct had advised no more than four cups; I wish I'd attended to my instinct.

Tasty and, I found, pretty easy to make. I used one whole pumpkin from a friend's patch. Everybody liked the soup.

Re:Lemon Pudding Cakes

A very delicious dessert. However, for our ramekins, the recipe makes exactly six, not eight servings. The ramekins come out of the oven with the pudding cake swollen over the rim. Then they shrink and fill the ramekins pleasantly. We tried with eight servings and they were too small.
