Re:Wild Mushroom Ragoût

Terrific! I have made it several times. Served with beef, lamb, chicken, salmon. I have used it as an add-in with simple grain pilafs. I am certain I will find other uses for it. Really good!!!

Re:Corn Sauté with Ginger, Garlic & Fresh Cilantro

Truly extraordinary flavors. Made to go with grilled halibut and everyone loved it! Leftovers the next day were devoured!!! So simple, yet the flavors were very complex! And quite easy to make!

Re:Salmon Seared on Bacon with Balsamic Vinegar, Honey & Rosemary

This is so easy to make and has such great flavor. The bacon, while adding flavor to both the salmon and the simple sauce, also adds a crisp cap to the fish (something my family loves). I have made this for midweek dinners several times and for friends for lunch. Always a hit!

Re:Cucumber-Yogurt Dip (Tzatziki)

This is wonderful and so easy to make. Fabulous flavors. It has been a staple in my summer entertaining. I have seen guests that would never otherwise eat yogurt devour it. Everyone asks for the recipe!

Re:Barbecue-Braised Thai Chicken Legs with Lemongrass Glaze

Loved the flavors. Especially loved being able to prepare it ahead and finish on the grill just before serving. AND it was great at room temp, so it is a great dish for easy summer entertaining. I was pressed for time in the initial cooking and after allowing 24 hours between applying the rub and the first heat, rather than firing up the Weber, I seared the legs on my cast iron grill pan and then braised in the oven at 300 degrees for an hour. That was in the morning. In the evening I finished them on the charcoal. It was fabulous and a great hit with all!

Re:Fire-Roasted Pepper Relish

This was excellent and very easy to make. Grilled some halibut steaks (not my family's fav) and I think I changed their minds about halibut. The relish made a big difference!
