Delicious, lighter way to enjoy red curry. Drizzling the sauce over the steak (rather than submerging it as takeout does) provides lots of flavor with less calories. Carrot salad was a very nice addition and is versatile. It was wonderful on sandwiches the next day.

White-wine vinegar left an unpleasant aftertaste. The recipe would be delicious if made with white wine instead.

Scallop and shrimp variation made the best dumplings we've ever had. The pork version is good but not nearly as delicious as the seafood variation.

Simply delicious. We used store-bought dumpling wrappers from the freezer section of an Asian grocery to save a little time. Filling was delicious. We've frozen the extras to enjoy later.

The sauce is really delicious! Try pouring a bit over some asparagus next to the steak.

Re:Mediterranean Kale & White Bean Soup with Sausage

Yummy stew! We used turkey sausage with no problem. Just add a bit of oil with the sausage to be sure it doesn't stick. Great quick weeknight meal.
