Very good and very easy. For years my wife complained about grilled chicken breasts being too dry. She loved these. The 30 minute marinade makes all the difference and is the only way I will make barbecued boneless skinless chicken breasts again.

Made this last night. It was very good and easy. Not too spicy, with just a bit of heat. My wife,who does not like spicy dishes, thought it was great. Made exactly to the recipe. All of my cooking times were a bit longer.

Great summertime drink. Have made it often, however, the recipe I had been using did not include the soy sauce. Try experimenting with different beers.

Re:Steak au Poivre with Cognac Sauce

Excellent! For over 15 years I've been making Steak Au Poivre using a very similar recipe from the Washington Post Food Section. It was one of my favorites and friends begged for it. I like the fresh herbs in this recipe vesus 2 tsps of Dijon mustard in the old recipe.

I have made this for Christmas dinner every year since the recipe first appeared years ago. It is easy to make, low stress and has been a huge hit for eight to sixteen diners. Biggest problem; the family won't let me try other recipe.
