Re:Summer Tomato Jam

Made this yesterday, fun and easy to make, only comment a little to sweet for me but would make it again with less sugar. Will be taking this on a picnic and look forward to the comments

Re:Poached Plum Sundaes

The poaching time suggested was too long and I ended up with plum pure. I probably should have been paying more attention as the plums were poaching but I set my timer and went with it. Any suggestions for plum pure would be welcome. Thanks

Re:Curried Tomato Soup with Fragrant Quinoa

Love this soup. I found making the quinoa separately was worthwhile because I have now found a new way to serve quinoa as a side dish! So fragrant and delicious prepared with the aromatics.

Re:Citrusy Beet, Parsnip, and Radish Slaw

I love all these ingredients, but I did not enjoy the combined flavours of this slaw. The parsnip was quite bitter, this is my first time with raw parsnip.

Re:Grilled Chickpea Burgers with Creamy Lemon Tahini Sauce

Love this recipe. I placed some foil on the grill first then cooked the burgers-turned out perfect.

Re:Braised Duck Legs with Figs, Star Anise, and Winter Squash

This is a wonderful recipe, easy to make and full of flavour. I followed the recipe and found the vegetables to be overcooked for my liking. I will definately make this again but I will try adding the vegetables after the Duck and onions have cooked for about about 45mins. Otherwise we loved it.
