Re:Bulgur Salad with Herbs, Apricots, and Pistachios

My husband and I made this the other day for lunch and both loved it. I've had bulgur one other time in a salad and wasn't a fan, but this recipe made me a convert. Also, I agree with the other review on the dressing...too much. We just served dressing on our individual servings.

Re:Lemon-Ginger Poached Halibut with Leeks & Spinach

A delicious, light dinner. We swapped out the Halibut for Chilean Sea Bass and it worked perfectly. We'll definitely be making this recipe again!

Re:Vietnamese Noodle Salad with Pork Patties (Bún Cha)

Wow! My husband and I love to eat Vietnamese food and always wanted to know how to make a good Noodle Salad. This recipe takes a little time to pull together with all the different ingredients, but is so well worth it. It was delicious and we'll be adding this one to our favorites!

Re:Broiled Salmon with Ginger-Shiitake Glaze

Loved this recipe. It was easy to prepare and the sauce was deliciously sweet and had the right amount of spice.

Re:Spanish Chicken with Chickpeas & Chorizo

A great recipe that I will use again. The dish is hearty, but not overly heavy. The chicken was very moist and perfectly cooked with lots of flavor.

Re:Orecchiette with Brussels Sprouts, Gorgonzola, and Brown-Butter Pecans

Rich and delicious! The roasted brussel sprouts were surprisingly good. It paired very well with a classic, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with strong fruit aromas.
