This was very tasty and easy enough for a weeknight dinner. I'm not sure I'd bother to wilt the arugula and basil in the oil next time and rather might just toss it with the hot pasta to get a tiny bit of wilting but leave more structure in place.

This was a spectacular salad with a beautiful presentation but quick and easy enough for a weeknight. The grilled peaches were an absolute revelation with the balsamic drizzle - I will definitely make this again and again.

Liked the flavor combination, but the end product seemed too heavy for greens. Although I drained/tossed them several times after blanching, I still felt like they were heavy with excess water, and the 2 T. olive oil in the recipe made them even heavier. Next time, I might skip the blanching and maybe just try wilting in the pan. I'd probably cut the oil in half next time as well.

Re:Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits

I was surprised this much folding / handling of dough produced such a nice, tender biscuit, but it works. I've made the recipe a few times now and gotten great results every time.
