Re:Strawberry and Ricotta Bruschetta

The presentation is beautiful, but it is pretty sweet. I'm not sure if it needs a balsamic drizzle over the top, or something else to help cut the sweetness

Re:Pumpkin Sage Bundt Cake

Wanted to like this more than I did. Came out pretty dry.

Re:Peanut Butter & Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Very fun cookie and easy to make! Just lucky it is gluten free - because it doesn't taste like you are sacrificing anything !

Re:Apricot, Pistachio & Chocolate-Chip Bars

I was skeptical of all these ingredients together, but absolutely loved it! I followed the recipe exactly and froze half. Both parties gave it rave reviews!

Re:Lemony Halibut en Papillotes with Leek Rice Pilaf

Agree with the other reviewer, it is pretty heavy on the butter! I used olive oil on the parchment and didn't use all the butter it asked for on top of the fish. Wonderful and easy recipe though!

Re:Pecan-Crusted Skirt Steak

Very quick and easy! My husband said I should cut back on how much pecan crust I had on it, but I loved it just as is.

Re:Fried Apple Pies

Fantastic! Don't over stuff them and then use your extra filling as a compote on top of the vanilla ice cream served along side. Will be making again for NYE!

Re:Chocolate-Covered Sandwich Cookies with Dulce de Leche (Alfajores)

Very disappointing! I made homemade dulce de leche and used ghirardelli chocolate, but the cookie part was so bad, those two things couldn't even save it. I took a reviewers advice and used just 1 cup of whole wheat flour and 3 cups regular. Definitely not worth the trouble!
