Re:Quick Chocolate Bread Pudding

Very easy very quick very worth the little bit of effort. I used semisweet chocolate chips and they worked fine. I am spoiled to a little sauce on my bread pudding so I wished for some whipping cream. I liked not having to heat the oven just a quick broil. And that could have been eliminated. Stove top Bread Pudding!!

Re:Shortcake Biscuits or Cobbler Topping

Very good. I barely kneaded the dough. Just rolled it out and put it over the cobbler. Topping is almost cakelike or very shortbread like. Next time I will use more berries because the topping is quite thick after baking. But my family voted it a repeater. We served with ice cream.

I would have liked it a little cheesier. Heavy on the onions for my family. I will try again but cut onions in half, cut bread crumb by half and put some cheddar and mozzarella in the topping. we want a cheese topping, not so much bread crumbs
