Excellent! I followed the recipe exactly and almost didn't as I didn't have any of the liquor and the only bottle the store had was a large but am soooo glad that I went ahead and purchased it as it made the dish and I will be making this again.

This was a very easy recipe and absolutely yummy! I followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. The kale and fingerlly salad would also be good with a steak.

This was wonderful!! My husband who does not care for quinoa ate three helpings of this. I did not have the red quinoa so made it with regular and didn't have the basil and it was still great!

These are wonderful and are just as good the next day. I have served these many times for crowds and they are always a hit. No need to put them over a starch as they are great by themselves along with a salad.

Oh my gosh----if I could give this a 10 I would. I followed the recipe except that I let it stew for the better part of 2 hours. I have just retired and my husband said that if he would have known he was getting meals like this he would have had me retire much earlier!
