Re:Alabama-Style Smoke-Roasted Chicken Legs

Before I start, the recipe as written cannot be right. If you make the white BBQ sauce with 1 cup cider vinegar it is not edible and way to thin. And that's coming form someone from Alabama.That said, the recipe otherwise is wonderful, and if you make the white sauce as listed and then add cider vinegar to taste (start with 2-3 Tbs), it's really quite good.

Really nice side. Great blend of cheese. Just be sure to use lemon to taste, can overpower the other ingredients. Will certainly make again.

Re:Yogurt-Marinated Roast Chicken

We loved this roast chicken. Possibly the best roast chicken I've had. The skins was not dry, and the meat was moist and had amazing flavor. The only change we made was we used a 5 lb bird and roasted it a few extra minutes due to the increased weight. Loved this recipe.

Re:Wild Rice with Pears, Sausage, and Candied Pecans

This is a very nice wild rice recipe. The candied pecans add a nice sweetness and crunch, the pears add a nice soft bite, and a different softer sweetness, and the sausage really rounds out the dish. Excellent recipe.
