Re:Kale-Chorizo Frittata

Woke my fiance up with the smells of these ingredients one morning and he could not get enough of this. I recommend making no changes to this recipe - it's fantastic as is!

Re:Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes with Leeks and Sausage

GREAT recipe! Definitely a keeper. My fiance loves it, which means it will remain in our family for years. Didn't change a thing to it.

Re:Black Bean and Pepper Jack Burgers

This black bean burger makes you want to not even bother looking at other bean burger recipes. It's delicious grilled or cooked stovetop. I can't say enough good things about this burger. Great for a low-carb meal as well (without the buns, of course).

Re:Crabmeat-Avocado Quesadillas

SUCH A HIT!!! We even made these for a Thanksgiving appetizer at a friend's house - none were left. Every ingredient came together perfectly. Followed the recipe to a "T" and is one of the best appetizers I've ever made. My fiance has even eaten them for breakfast (when there are some left over).

Re:Classic Apple Pie Recipe

My own grandmother - the queen of pies - would have asked me for this recipe. The crust and the filling made me look and feel like a seasoned baker. This is a classic for all of our future Thanksgivings. Thank you Fine Cooking!!!

Re:Pineapple and Macadamia Nut Tart

SO DELICIOUS. Can't say anything bad or anything against this recipe. ONLY use fresh pineapple... it would be silly to use canned.

Re:Linguine with Roasted Asparagus and Almond Pesto

I would give this recipe 10 stars if I could, 20 even... It's the best pasta recipe I've ever made and I make it any time I have pasta cravings. I like to add broccolini and/or shrimp cooked in garlic to make it a full meal, but this dish is incredible without them. I served this meal with a large group of friends and everyone was quiet because they could not stop eating it and serving themselves seconds. A true hit... Fine Cooking, you win again!

Re:Quinoa Salad with Apples, Walnuts, Dried Cranberries, and Gouda

By far... hands down... my FAVORITE quinoa recipe of all time! I didn't read the recipe completely the first time and used fennel seeds instead of fennel, and I almost prefer it that way. It's a great meal on its own or combined with anything else Fine Cooking has on its recipe list. I swapped dried cherries for the cranberries and make it as often as I can when guests are over for a meal.

Re:Cajun-Style Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

As my fiance likes to say... "Fine Cooking... You win again!" AWESOME recipe! LOTS of meat, so maybe eat a few meatless meals the day before. So good... highly recommend for a Wednesday or even a Sunday night meal. We even swapped a brown rice/wild rice blend instead of the white rice and it sill turned out amazing. Will definitely make again for many, many years!

Re:Yukon Gold Rush Grilled Pizza

Oh. My. Goodness. One of the BEST pizzas I have ever tried and made. Fine Cooking... you did it again! My fianc and I followed the recipe to a "T" and it was so good he had seconds, had it for breakfast the next morning, and then again later that night.
