Re:Bourbon-Caramel Pumpkin Tart

I made this last year for Thanksgiving and it was requested again this year. It is very good. I made it as the recipe stated last year. This year I would not candy the pumpkin seeds. They were just too sweet on an already sweet pie. I plan on just toasting salted pumpkin seeds for that salty crunchy flavor addition.
