Excellent taste, very quick and easy to make, and a great way to use lots of arugula (which my garden is producing in abundance right now). I added a little bit more feta and Parmesan cheeses, and I'd suggest cutting back on the salt.
loved it. very easy and yummy. leftovers are great for lunch at work.
