This makes a tasty vegetarian meal when served with rice and a yogurt sauce, but I also like it as a side dish for grilled lamb chops.

Very Good!!! Loved this. Made it alone with a side of naan bread. Flavourful and a great way to get loads of veg in.Might be a little oily for some people but I didn't mind. (And may have been generous with my olive oil steps).
