This duck goes nicely with a wild rice pilaf with toasted almonds and sautéed Asian greens seasoned with a touch of sesame oil.
So simple and really tasty. I did find the recommended cooking time to a bit too long. I recommend relying on a food thermometer. I served it sliced onto a pre-packaged Asian salad mix.
