Very good cheesecake. I will make this one again and have added it to my favorites. I usually prefer cheesecake to be a little more dense than this one was but it has great flavor and is simple to make.
I don't have a pan or oven large enough to accommodate a water bath, but even without it, this is without a doubt the best cheesecake out there. Smooth, creamy, show-stopping good. Throw away your other recipes. This one is all you need. This is why I subscribe to FC.
Perfect Cheesecake. Tastes light and creamy, not dense. I followed the recipe with a generic cream cheese and instead of a roasting pan to water bath, used my enameled cast iron and filled to 1/2 inch below the top of the pan. My oven has a lot of variables, so the heat of the pan helps maintain a more even temperature.
