Great one. I use a mix of cilantro and parsley. I use more garlic and mix in the zest of a lemon or lime to the topping. Very fragrant dish and very quick and fairly elegant for work company on a Monday night! Serve with little new potatoes - steamed and tossed in olive oil and a little mint and fresh garden peas
