Used this recipe to cook top sirloin steaks which were and 1 1/2 inches thick. The chimichurri sauce was excellent! I only had some frozen chopped jalapeno so I used this but used fresh parsley and cilantro from my garden. Will definitely make steaks with this sauce again!
