Really nice sandwich! I had just picked up a basket of zucchini's at the farmers market and I had just made some sourdough bread. The timing of receiving this recipe through facebook was perfect. I used my pannini press for the first time and it grilled the sandwiches perfectly. I will definitely be making these again!
