Lemon-Fennel Salt

  • 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander seeds
  • 1/4 heaping tsp. white peppercorns
  • 1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
