This pungent sweet-and-sour sauce compliments Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Curry-Apple Glaze.

  • 4 tsp. rice vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh cilantro (optional)
