  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 12 slices fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter

  • In a small saucepan, combine the all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until reduced to 3/4 cup, about 3 min. Strain before using.
