Roasted this up tonight for some friends for dinner and it was a huge hit! My friends taste buds are a little off because of chemo but she loved it too! Totally a keeper recipe for family and friends. Great for elegant dinner veggie or a BBQ
Outstanding. Will become a regular salad in my rotation. Couldn't find mch, even at specialty market. I don't know why that amazing lettuce hasn't caught on. Substituted with butter lettuce. Fabulous salad.
