My husband and I make this often. Elegant simplicity at it's best! I like to add a sprinkle of cayenne over the scallops after cooking. The heat compliments the fish and creamed Spinach perfectly

Lovely dish. I am not a huge scallop fan but very much enjoyed this recipe. The spinach (I used regular, not baby, spinach) was divine. Easy and elegant, what more could you ask for in a recipe?
