The spice coated tuna was excellent, flavourful and crunchy with just enough heat from the peppercorns. Well balanced. On the other hand though, the sauce didn't do it for me: tomatoes too salty, too much citrus juice and the olives too strong a contrast. The tuna is highly recommended but leave out the sauce.
