I made this tonight and it was delicious! This is going into my recipe book!
I keep making this recipe over and over and every time I can't believe how delicious it is. Because my husband needs more than just lettuce, I make mashed potatoes and a green vegetable with it. The balsamic sauce is wonderful on the creamy potatoes.
Delicious. This was so easy and very tasty, be sure to use fresh rosemary and good quality balsamic, the reduction is so good on the steak and arugula. Great summer dinner, I served it with garden fresh sliced tomatoes. This is a keeper!
