Oh my, this was good. I'm not fan of pork stews or soups, and I am not fond of the crockpot, but this was excellent. I made this a day ahead of serving so I could skim fat off. I reheated it in the crock pot and everyone at the table absolutely loved it. The garnishes were perfect. Don't be put off by the long list of ingredients; it is really simple to prepare. Five stars.
