Make Ahead Tips
The cream and white chocolate can be combined for the filling up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerated, covered. Whisk to medium peaks just before filling the cake.
The cake can be made, filled, and glazed up to 8 hours ahead. Refrigerate uncovered on the rack, and trim the ends just before serving.

I have made this 4 times in less than a month! It was a perfect for an adult/kid party, a gluten free event and just because. A little time consuming overall, but not that bad hands on time. I've also made it 2 days in advance and put it in the refrigerator and it held great.
It was fantastic. Everyone loved it. Would definitely make again.
