  • 1/4 cup finely chopped or shredded seeded cucumber
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 to 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill (optional)
